Some of our manufacturers include Plastpro, GlassCraft, Steve’s Doors, Woodgrain and RSL.
Plastpro
Plastpro guarantees their products to be free of defects that could affect their performance. From the purchase date, Plastpro’s warranty remains in effect throughout the time in which the original purchaser resides in the property which the product was installed. The limited warranty includes a few exceptions, such as damage caused by fire, chemicals, weather, wear & tear and expansion or contraction due to extreme temperatures. The warranty duration is dependent on the type of product installed.

Glasscraft
GlassCraft’s warranties vary by product line. GlassCraft guarantees their warranty for all their pre-finished wood doors, sidelights and entry systems. This is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. They offer a limited warranty of one year for all factory-finished wood doors or entryways from the date of purchase. GlassCraft guarantees that each product is of good material and workmanship and free from defects that would affect the product’s ability to function as intended. However, it is important to note this warranty does not include warps in the material, normal wear and tear, fading of the color, glass damage, rust, damage caused by fire, an accident, or extreme weather. It does not include panel movement or shrinkage, damage caused by failure to comply with installation and maintenance guidelines provided by GlassCraft or damage due to installation in an unprotected area. Insulated glass panels are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase against any obstruction of vision in the panel due to dust build up, moisture or film in the internal surface, due to failure of the material seals.
Glasscraft also provides a warranty of 5 years on their factory-applied finish on fiberglass doors. This warranty excludes doors with inserts not installed by GlassCraft, any alterations to the door, improper use of the door, surface imperfections caused by the transportation, storage or use of the door, color fading, glass damage, rust, and any damage cause outside of GlassCraft’s control.

Steve’s Doors
Steve’s Doors has implemented warranties for a variety of different doors, with each product varying in warranty duration. They offer a lifetime limited warranty for fiberglass Regency and Legacy door slabs that are used with other Steve & Sons products. Fiberglass Reliant doors come with a 25-year limited warranty, steel doors offer a 10 year limited warranty, all interior doors have a 5 year limited warranty, while exterior wood doors come with a 1 year limited warranty. What are the specifications? The circumstances for which the warranty would NOT cover, include anything outside of Steve’s Doors’ control, normal wear and tear, any parts not provided by Steve & Sons, damage caused by misuse or improper care, natural change in color or texture, or damage caused by weather.

Woodgrain
Woodgrain promises their products to be of sound material and workmanship and free of manufacturing defects that would cause the door to function improperly, within the first 2 years for interior doors, and 1 year for exterior doors. Installation and handling instructions must be followed for the warranty to take effect. Natural expansion, contraction and changes to the product are not covered under the warranty. An extended warranty is offered for seal failure on insulated glass units, or moisture between glass, for 10 years after the manufacture date.

RSL
Elevate Door & Trim works with RSL to provide top notch door glass. All RSL doorglass use safety tempered glass. All the glass is handcrafted, therefore, any variations seen in the glass are not defects, but part of the design. RSL offers a 20 year warranty on frame and glass, with the exclusion of damages caused by any unnatural events, such as an accident, improper installation or other events out of RSL’s control.
